Amish Custom Crafted Low Base Gun Cabinet

This particular gun cabinet was Amish custom crafted for a custom that wanted a full gun cabinet appearance with the ability to fit in a space with lower height allowances.  To achieve this we designed the cabinet with a full gun cabinet upper unit and shortened the height of the lower cabinet in order to accomodate the space needs.   We also custom crafted the gun cabinet with numerous accents such fluted columns on the side rails,  angled door frames, dentil and rope molding along the crown molding, and raised panel flush mount lower cabinet doors.  The low base gun cabinet gives our clients the ability to display their full collection of long guns as well as offers additional storage in the lower base.

 

The gun cabinet barrel and but rests were lined with hand stitched premium leather to protect both the gun barrels and the gun butts from damage caused by adding and removing the gun collection.  We also outfitted the gun cabinet with LED touch lighting pucks to provide a nice warm accent glow.

Both of the upper gun cabinet doors featured dual cylinder locks and the lower doors each contained single cylinder locks all keyed the same.  After everything was assembled we presented it to our resident gun cabinet canine critic, Loki, and got a big smile letting us know it was ready to go to its new home.

The low base gun cabinet can be customized in different heights depending on the amount of room that is available.  Different lower base options include drawer storage, hidden steel front gun safe doors, and cleaning and work pull out shelves.
