Using half inch thick polycarbonate bypass doors made this gun cabinet virtually break proof. The 1/2″ poly will stop a .38 special and will not break. Most commonly used in bypass sliding doors we install it in concealed metal channels and use a plunger lock.

A Stand off back unit attached to or thru the back of a cabinet or directly into wall studs. A metal lock capture piece attaches to the wall standoff, and lastly a trigger capture unit with the key lock hold the pistol in place.

Similar to auto windshield glass, our laminated glass is made with 2 panes of glass with a vinyl film sandwiched in between. Breakable but not easily removed.
We use this glass as a standard in all our gun cabinets.
